KiWi Kisan Window is hiring for the position of  Corporate Lawyer with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Dehradun.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
• Advise on legal matters related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business operations, and risk management.
• Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities, including conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and overseeing integration processes.
• Ensure the company’s legal compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings as necessary or coordinate with external counsel.
• Handle intellectual property filings, licensing agreements, and manage infringement actions.
• Manage company secretarial functions, including maintaining board meeting minutes, resolutions, and corporate filings.
• Conduct internal training sessions to ensure key stakeholders are well-informed about legal and regulatory matters.
• Anticipate legal risks, conduct thorough research, and propose strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Assist in dispute resolution and legal settlements as needed.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or a related field.
• Qualified to practice law (member of the Bar Council or relevant licensing body).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with a corporate legal advisory firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong understanding of corporate, contract, commercial, employment, and intellectual property law.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and solid business acumen.

Salary/Stipend
