Details of the Job/Internship
Kshetry & Co is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 2–5 years of experience to join their Salt Lake office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate laws, business structuring, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-stakes commercial agreements, including Shareholder Agreements, Service Agreements, and MOUs.
- Assist in specialized corporate transactions such as Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Joint Ventures.
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence and prepare detailed risk-mitigation reports.
- Manage regulatory filings under the Companies Act and maintain all statutory registers and corporate records.
- Prepare formal legal opinions, advisory notes, and compliance reports for corporate clients.
- Coordinate directly with regulatory authorities and consultants to ensure 100% statutory adherence.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution (LL.M. or CS qualification is preferred).
- 2–5 years of professional experience in corporate law and advisory.
- Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Contract Law, and commercial regulations.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a high attention to detail.
