Details of the Job/Internship

Kumar Legal Research LLP is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join them at their Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Candidates must possess a background in corporate matters, debt, general lending and borrowing, European Central Bank (ECB) experience, security creation, finance involving bonds, non-convertible bonds (NCBs), debentures, etc.
• Additionally, a background in civil matters, or at least a thorough understanding of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), petition drafting, taxation and DRT, would be advantageous.
• Furthermore, the candidate must possess excellent technical application skills, drafting and research abilities, and the ability to complete and file various applications.
• Finally, the candidate must have experience in drafting legal opinions and appearing before the High Court, drafting commercial documents and negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts and company compliance.

Eligibility

Qualification: LLB/LLM from a reputed institute.

Post Qualifying Experience: 2 to 3 years in the area of corporate matter & Civil matters.
