Details of the Job/Internship
La Pino’z Pizza is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join their head office in Zirakpur, Mohali district. The role involves providing legal advice and support on various corporate matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing corporate governance, and representing the company in legal proceedings. It also includes advising on commercial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters.
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage corporate governance matters.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Advise on commercial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate law.
- Membership in the Bar Council of India.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
- Experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of commercial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and on-site.
