Lawgical Associates is hiring a corporate lawyer to join them in Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters including Commercial Agreements, Employment Law, Dispute Resolution, and General Corporate Advisory. Day-to-day tasks may involve drafting legal documents, providing legal counsel, conducting legal research, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Employment Law.
• Experience in Drafting Contracts, Legal Research, and Dispute Resolution.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Bar Council registration and license to practice law in India.

Salary/Stipend
