Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Litigation Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on various legal matters.
• Handle litigation issues and represent the organisation in court.
• Draft and prepare legal documents.
• Manage legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate agreements and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher.
• Membership with the Bar Council of India (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of law and court procedures.
• Experience in handling litigation matters.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools (preferred).

Salary/Stipend
