Lexicon Legal is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join its team in Surat.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.

• Provide strategic legal support for business decisions and transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in legal documentation and communication.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
