Details of the Job/Internship
Loyalty Juggernaut is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 5–10 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech environments, to join their Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, and SaaS subscription contracts.
- Support execution of vendor, partner, and reseller contracts.
- Ensure contracts align with business goals and mitigate legal risk.
- Manage compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), IT Act, and develop internal policies.
- Lead legal due diligence for audits and regulatory assessments.
- Oversee trademarks, copyrights, and licensing related to proprietary technology and brand.
- Advise leadership on corporate law matters and compliance.
- Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to support business expansion.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in commercial deals and cross-border transactions.
Eligibility
- Graduate from a top law school.
- 5–10 years of corporate law experience in B2B SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, data privacy regulations, and IP protection.
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts and compliance frameworks.
