Details of the Job/Internship

Luther Luxembourg is hiring an Corporate Lawyer to sustain the continuous development of the firm.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise local and multinational clients on corporate matters and governance.
• Provide tailor made corporate advice and pragmatic innovative solutions in corporate matters as well as participate in M&A transactions.
• Draft (either in English or French), review and/or negotiate any type of contracts and/or corporate documents, from incorporation to liquidation.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients or lawyers from international law firms to discuss about the corporate structures and means to implement them.
• Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues

Eligibility

• Experience: up to five years as a lawyer in corporate law.
• Qualification: master’s degree in Law – admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar is an advantage.
• Languages: fluent in English, French (written and spoken).
• Skills: proactive, dynamic, team player with good communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
