Details of the Job/Internship

MAHTO is hiring a Corporate Lawyer on a full-time remote basis to provide legal counsel, draft and review contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage legal risks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage legal risks and provide risk mitigation strategies.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings as required.
• Work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

Eligibility

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience providing legal advice and conducting legal research.
• Strong skills in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the construction or home building industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
