Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Communicating effectively with authorities, clients, and internal team.
- Representing the firm in meetings and discussions with clients and regulatory bodies.
- Providing legal support and advice on corporate matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B. or equivalent).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in corporate law.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Own conveyance (personal transportation) for travel to various locations as required.
- Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including late evenings and occasional weekends, to accommodate project deadlines and client demands.
