Details of the Job/Internship
MaxxGro Agrology Limited is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Corporate Governance: Providing legal advice on the duties and responsibilities of directors, executives, and other corporate officers. They assist with compliance with regulations governing corporate entities.
- Contract Law: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts, such as supply agreements, partnership agreements, and licensing deals.
- Securities and Capital Markets: Assisting companies with regulatory compliance related to securities, public offerings, private placements, and shareholder relations. This includes advising on the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules, stock exchange regulations, and insider trading laws.
- Intellectual Property (IP): Protecting company IP assets such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. They often advise on licensing agreements and IP litigation.
- Employment Law: Advising businesses on employment contracts, labor relations, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Dispute Resolution: Representing companies in disputes involving contractual matters, shareholder issues, and other business-related conflicts. This can involve litigation, arbitration, or mediation.
Eligibility
- L.L.B Degree.
- Desirable- 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Affairs.
