Pramah Lawmen is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 5 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing intellectual property portfolios, assisting with company formation and compliance services in India, and offering legal operation consulting services.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from an accredited law school.
• 4-6 years of experience with a law firm.
