Pramah Lawmen is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 4 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and representing clients in corporate legal matters on a day-to-day basis.
Eligibility
- Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Contract Drafting skills.
- Experience in corporate law and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of intellectual property laws is a plus.
- LLB from an accredited law school.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a corporate law firm (not litigation).
