The team is diverse and experienced, including full-time contract analyst experts, corporate lawyers, registered patent agents, secretarial compliance experts, trademark and copyright attorneys, and a robust paralegal team.

Details of the Job/Internship

They are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join their team in Gurugram (Sector 61). As a Corporate Lawyer at Pramah Lawmen. 

Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for handling a wide array of legal matters, including:

• Corporate Governance.
• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
• Commercial Contracts.
• Intellectual Property Rights.
• Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

Eligibility

• In-depth Knowledge: A strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws, with the ability to provide strategic legal advice.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a full-service law firm, with substantial exposure to handling corporate and commercial matters.
• Skills: Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and review, with a focus on commercial agreements and corporate governance.
• Communication & Analytical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess legal issues and propose effective solutions.

Salary/Stipend
