Details of the Job/Internship

Propelld is hiring a Corporate Lawyer in Bengaluru. Candidates with 2–6 years of experience in FinTech/NBFC are preferred. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents including:
  • Borrowing/debt-related documents
  • Co-lending and securitization documentation
  • Mortgage and security-related documents
  • Vendor-Service Agreements/MSAs/NDAs
  • SaaS agreements
  • Corporate and commercial agreements
• Handling legal escalations, customer complaints, and regulatory notices in coordination with internal teams
• Ensuring smooth contract execution and supporting stakeholder alignment across teams
• Supporting compliance, corporate governance, and risk mitigation efforts

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized institution.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in FinTech/NBFC space.
• Solid understanding of corporate/commercial law, loan documentation, DA/securitization structures, Mortgage and security-related documentation, NBFC regulations, and FinTech contracts.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
