Provoke Developers is hiring Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Jharkhand.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
• Ensure that contracts are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide advice on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Manage and oversee corporate secretarial functions.
• Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the real estate and property development industry.
• Advise on compliance matters and implement necessary measures to mitigate legal risks.
• Manage legal disputes and liaise with external counsel when necessary.
• Implement strategies for alternative dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
• Conduct legal due diligence for potential transactions and projects.
• Identify and analyze legal risks associated with business initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support and advice.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law; Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent qualification.
• Admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience as a Corporate Lawyer/ Advocate, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
