Resolüt Partners is hiring a Private Equity & M&A Lawyer with 3–6 years of experience to work on high-value deals in smaller, collaborative teams.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead private equity and M&A deals.
• Take ownership of work and make well-reasoned decisions.
• Engage in commercial matters and provide strategic legal advice.
• Conduct research and writing related to transactions (approx. 30% of time).
• Collaborate in small teams on high-value deals with sophisticated clients.

Eligibility

• 3–6 years of experience in private equity, M&A, or corporate transactions.
• Proactive, independent, and able to take ownership of work.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Commercially minded and able to contribute to decision-making.
• Knowledge of tax, structured credit, or public markets is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
