Details of the Job/Internship

SaaS Universe is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join the organisation in a full-time remote role. The position involves handling legal matters such as drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, advising on corporate governance, managing intellectual property rights, mitigating risks, and supporting the resolution of legal disputes and litigation, while collaborating with internal teams.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise on corporate governance matters.
• Manage intellectual property rights.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Support the resolution of legal disputes and litigation.
• Collaborate with internal departments on legal matters.

Eligibility

• Expertise in corporate law, including contract law, corporate governance, and compliance regulations.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal document review skills.
• Experience in risk mitigation, intellectual property rights, and litigation management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently using remote collaboration tools.
• Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdiction(s).

Salary/Stipend
