Details of the Job/Internship

SPN Advisors LLP is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Defence Colony, New Delhi. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves drafting and reviewing transaction documents such as shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, SSA, SHA, and term sheets.
• The candidate will be responsible for advising on FEMA, M&A, and corporate governance matters, and conducting due diligence.

Eligibility

• The candidate must hold a Law Degree (LL.B; LL.M./Corporate Law certification is a plus).
• Prior work experience in a law firm is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
