Details of the Job/Internship

Sri Sri Tattva is hiring a Corporate Lawyer for a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters and provide advice on corporate governance.
• Draft legal documents and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to address legal issues.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance.
• Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts.
• Ability to provide sound legal advice and counsel.
• Knowledge of consumer laws, Legal Metrology Act, Food Safety and Standards, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, intellectual property laws, property/rent laws, and laws related to health and wellness services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in the FMCG, manufacturing, healthcare, or wellness industry is a plus.
• Law degree from a recognized institution and relevant certifications.

Salary/Stipend
