Stateful Coders is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their team in Indore for an on-site role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions, compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure legal compliance and mitigate legal risks.

Eligibility

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience in corporate transactions and compliance.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and risk management.
• Legal research and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
