Details of the Job/Internship

Strategic Bureaux is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Kozhikode. The role involves managing diverse legal matters, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, handling contract drafting and review, overseeing trademark filings, advising on corporate governance, and offering legal strategies to clients. The position also includes addressing regulatory issues, mitigating legal risks, and representing the organisation during negotiations and legal proceedings.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws.
• Draft and review commercial contracts.
• Manage trademark filings.
• Advise on corporate governance and provide legal strategies.
• Address regulatory issues and mitigate legal risks.
• Represent the organisation in contract negotiations and legal proceedings.

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in corporate law, trademark law, regulatory compliance, company law, and contract law.
• Proficiency in legal research and contract drafting and review.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance and legal risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.); additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in corporate law firms is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary/Stipend
