Details of the Job/Internship
SBx is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience in corporate law, compliance, and IPR matters to join their Kozhikode office. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting and vetting contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing trademark filings and other IP-related work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate matters.
- Draft and vet contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Manage trademark filings and other IPR work.
- Collaborate with other departments to support corporate governance and risk management initiatives.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of risk management and corporate governance principles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in a corporate legal role is preferred.
