Details of the Job/Internship

Sun Parivar is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Kolkata. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
• Advise on real estate law and regulatory compliance.
• Manage litigation and legal disputes.
• Support internal departments with legal matters.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations.
• Experience in contract drafting and legal document review.
• Proficiency in litigation management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Salary/Stipend
