Details of the Job/Internship

Swanirbhar is hiring Corporate Lawyer with the experience of 2 year to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on matters related to corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and board resolutions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactions, negotiations, and other legal matters.
• Manage day-to-day legal tasks and ensure timely completion of legal obligations.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments and trends.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management, finance, and operations teams.
• Represent the company in limited external legal interactions, as directed.

Eligibility

• LL.B degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong understanding of Indian corporate law and regulations.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal research tools.
