Role and Responsibilities
- Handling complex corporate and commercial transactions.
- Drafting, vetting, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Advising on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters.
- Representing clients in high-stake matters with precision and professionalism.
Eligibility
- QUALIFICATION LL.B. (with PQE of 4 years); CS qualification is an advantage
