Details of the Job/Internship

Thrillophilia.com is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of business contracts including vendor agreements, service-level agreements, partnership contracts, NDAs, and employment agreements.
• Lead legal due diligence for business expansion, vendor onboarding, and investment processes.
• Ensure the company’s operations are compliant with local, state, and central laws, especially in areas of ecommerce, IP, labor law, and data protection.
• Manage intellectual property rights: trademarks, copyrights, and brand protection.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings or liaise with external legal counsel when needed.
• Support HR on employee policy frameworks, POSH compliance, and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date legal documentation, policy drafts, and risk registers.
• Monitor legal risks in real estate, data use, marketing, and consumer protection areas.
• Work proactively with internal stakeholders to preempt legal challenges.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed institution;
• LLM is a plus. 3–6 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in ecommerce, travel-tech, or startup environments.
• Solid understanding of contract law, corporate governance, IP, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-growth, agile environment.
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.

Salary/Stipend
