Details of the Job/Internship
Tractor Junction is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its in-house legal team at the Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and MoUs.
- Provide legal advice on business operations, corporate structuring, and compliance.
- Ensure regulatory adherence under applicable corporate and IP laws.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions on business and operational matters.
- Manage dispute resolution, coordinate with external counsels, and represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Support the management team in risk assessment and policy formulation.
- Maintain legal documentation and records, ensuring proper governance practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised university (LL.M. preferred).
- Proven experience in corporate legal practice (in-house or law firm).
- Strong understanding of Contract Law, Corporate Governance, and Intellectual Property.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
