Trilegal is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate with 2-8 years of experience in General Corporate practice to join its office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Handle Private Equity matters.
• Assist in Joint Ventures.
• Manage Restructuring, Distress, Special Situations, and Insolvency.
• Contribute to Asset Management & Funds practice.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2-8 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
