Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2 to 8 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Expertise Required:
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Private Equity
  • Joint Ventures
  • Restructuring, Distressed Assets, Special Situations, and Insolvency
  • Asset Management & Funds
