Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate – General Corporate with experience of 4–7 years to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Work on private equity and joint venture matters.
• Handle restructuring, insolvency, and special situation transactions.
• Provide corporate advisory support on complex deals.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 4–7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate practice areas such as M&A, private equity, and restructuring.
• Strong integrity, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to align individual goals with firm objectives.

Salary/Stipend
