Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Corporate Lawyer for its General Corporate practice area, focusing on PE, VC, and M&A, to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on matters related to Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Handle Private Equity transactions.
• Advise on Joint Ventures.
• Assist with Restructuring, Distress, Special Situations, and Insolvency matters.
• Support Asset Management and Funds-related work.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• PQE of 2 to 6 years.
• Experience in corporate law.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
