Details of the Job/Internship
VALSLEGAL is hiring a Corporate / M&A / Capital Market Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join its team in Mumbai or Indore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advising on corporate legal and regulatory matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Handling mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring transactions.
- Managing capital market transactions and SEBI-related compliances.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable corporate and securities laws.
- Preparing legal documentation, reports, and transaction-related filings.
- Resolving corporate and commercial disputes, as required.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, securities law, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions.
Excellent research, analytical, and legal drafting skills.
LLM qualification is an added advantage.
