Varyst PLLC is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Bengaluru.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of contract law and corporate law concepts.
- Experience in contract management, review, and negotiation preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Strong research and legal writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- BBA degree (complete or in progress) from a NIRF top three law school preferred.
