Details of the Job/Internship

Wellversed is hiring a Corporate Lawyer – Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts and agreements.
• Liaise with external counsel to manage legal processes.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory regulations.
• Oversee intellectual property management and policy development.
• Ensure timely resolution of legal queries and closure of negotiations.
• Execute legal advice provided by senior counsel.
• Visit courts and liaise with government offices and stakeholders as required.

Eligibility

• LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in corporate law, contract drafting, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of M&A and business restructuring preferred.
• Familiarity with international legal compliance is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
