Details of the Job/Internship

Wellversed is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 4 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and business transactions.
• Liaise with external counsel to manage and streamline legal processes.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, and related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee intellectual property (IP) management, policy development, and compliance.
• Maintain the accuracy and legal compliance of all documents and contracts.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of legal queries and successful closure of negotiations.
• Execute legal advice provided by senior legal counsel on a wide array of corporate legal matters.
• Visiting the court, and liaising with government offices and stakeholders on site.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized institution.
