Wisdombound Legal is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their office in Udaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- The role involves providing legal support and advice on corporate matters, reviewing and drafting contracts, and ensuring legal compliance.
- Responsibilities include representing the company in legal proceedings, conducting research on legal issues, negotiating contracts, liaising with regulatory authorities, and advising on corporate governance and risk management.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- A relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm is preferred.
- Candidates should have experience in corporate law and legal compliance.
- Skills in contract review and drafting are required. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
- The ability to conduct legal research and analysis is required.
- An understanding of corporate governance and risk management is necessary.
- Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
