Role and Responsibilities

• The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters, drafting contracts, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• The role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support the company's legal needs.

Eligibility

• Corporate Law, Contract Drafting, and Legal Advisory skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus.
• LLB or JD degree from a recognized institution.
