Details of the Job/Internship
Yellow Wire Consulting is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 8–14 years of experience to join a full-service law firm in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently handle M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
- Provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice.
- Lead negotiations and manage transactions end-to-end.
- Advise on corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and sector-specific regulations.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with updated knowledge of legal developments. 8–14 years of experience in corporate and transactional law.
- Experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
- Strong advisory background in corporate laws and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SEBI & AIF regulations, RBI guidelines, and Competition Act.
- Skilled in negotiations and transaction management.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
