Details of the Job/Internship

B-Accounting Co., LTD is hiring a Corporate Lawyer / Legal Associate with experience of 3-5 years to join their office in Bangkok. The role involves handling legal matters related to corporate law, foreign investment law, labour law, and immigration law, while working closely with government authorities and clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit applications and related documents for corporate registration with government authorities and coordinate with relevant units.
• Structure, draft, and review contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents.
• Handle legal work in corporate law, foreign investment law, labour law, and immigration law.
• Prepare government forms and supporting documents for company registrations, foreign business licenses, VAT registration, social funds, and related applications.
• Process visa and work permit applications with the Immigration Office and Labour Department, including the One Stop Service Center.
• Conduct legal research and monitor updates in laws and regulations.
• Review and provide legal advice and interpret legal information.
• Develop client relationships and manage correspondence in a timely manner.
• Perform other assignments as directed by the Managing Director.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited college or university.
• Lawyer license is preferable but not mandatory.
• 3-5 years of legal experience in a law firm or consulting firm preferred.
• Ability to work outside the office and travel to government authorities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines with good organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; French is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
