Lawgical Associates is hiring Corporate Lawyers having an experience of 6-12 Years to join their office in Delhi.

• General Corporate Advisory 
• Drafting, Vetting, negotiating, and advising on various types of agreements.
• Working on Real Estate transactions
• Working on labour law matters
• Conducting legal due diligence
• Working on issues related to start-ups, SME's, MSME's & NGO's
