Details of the Job/Internship
Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd. is hiring a Corporate Legal – Manager / Senior Manager with experience of 1+ years to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts including vendor agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and IT or digital contracts.
- Support negotiation of contracts that safeguard company interests.
- Maintain centralized contract records and monitor renewals, expiries, and obligations.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams for contract alignment.
- Develop standard templates and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Prepare periodic reports on contract status and performance metrics.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in contract review, NDAs, and corporate negotiations.
- Strong understanding of compliance and governance standards.
