Details of the Job/Internship
Bharat Forge Ltd is hiring for a Corporate Legal role to support the legal functions of the Kalyani Group companies.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, vet, and negotiate international business contracts, including MOUs and supply agreements.
- Identify and map risks and liabilities in contracts.
- Conduct legal due diligence and assist in transactions.
- Coordinate with senior management and external attorneys.
- Conduct legal research and analysis, and provide legal opinions.
- Assist in civil and arbitration matters, coordinate with counsels, and prepare litigation strategies.
- Advise on compliance and policy-related matters as required.
- Maintain and update contracts/IP database in presentation format for MIS.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (preferably 5-year program after 10+2) or LL.M. from reputed Indian law schools.
- Minimum grade: Higher Second Class or equivalent.
