Details of the Job/Internship

Baoiam is inviting law students to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on Indian laws related to EdTech, platform liability, data protection, and user verification protocols.
• Draft and review legal documents including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, NDAs, and internal agreements.
• Assist in the legal vetting of platform features and user-facing content.
• Work on partnership contracts and ensure vendor/legal compliance.
• Contribute to ensuring Baoiam’s operations align with IT and regulatory standards.

Eligibility

• 3rd year or above (5-year law course) or final year (3-year law course) student.
• Strong interest in EdTech, IP law, and digital compliance.
• Proficient in legal research and contract drafting.
• Familiarity with Indian legal frameworks such as the IT Act, Contract Act, and privacy regulations.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time management.
