Details of the Job/Internship

Baoiam is hiring a Legal Intern for a 3-month remote internship starting immediately. this internship provides Certificate & Letter of Recommendation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research Indian laws related to edtech, user data, and platform liability
• Draft Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and agreements
• Vet user-facing content and platform features
• Draft partnership contracts, NDAs, and compliance documents
• Ensure alignment with data protection and regulatory standards

Eligibility

• 3rd year or above (5-year law course) or final year (3-year law course).
• Strong interest in EdTech, IP law, and digital compliance.
• Familiarity with Indian IT Act, Indian Contract Act, and privacy laws.
