Details of the Job/Internship

Creator City is hiring a Digital Legal & Integrity Consultant with 6–10 years of experience to oversee digital needs in legal and integrity domains, lead the Legal Competency Practice, and drive GTM strategies, automation initiatives, and domain consulting engagements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on client assignments, especially large transformational IT programs, as an individual contributor and/or lead consultant.
• Document business processes of legal domain systems and assess their integration with technology.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prepare product backlog items.
• • Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage backlog activities.
• Conduct business workshops to define requirements and elaborate functional specifications.
• Engage with client business teams, IT teams, and external auditing firms throughout program phases.
• Provide business process consulting including problem definition, workflow design, process detailing, and process modelling.
• Drive business workshops for requirement definition and solutioning.
• Collaborate with sales teams to contribute business/functional content for client pursuits.
• Lead thought-leadership initiatives by contributing PoVs and whitepapers.

Eligibility

• BTech graduate with specialization in legal areas such as contract law, IP, and copyright management.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in intellectual property, copyright management, and e-discovery.
• Expertise in governance & audit, legal & integrity functions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and internal control standards.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks including contract law, IP, and data privacy.
• Familiarity with IT security aspects such as cloud computing, cyber risks, database systems, SDLC, ITGC, COBIT, and COSO 2013.
• Understanding of IP management and e-discovery processes and relevant digital technologies.
• Experience with legal software such as ONIT, ZYLAB, ANAQUA, HAYSTACK, Privacy Management Systems (preferred).
• Certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRMA are preferred.
• Experience managing professional service engagement teams and working in a global multi-location environment.

Salary/Stipend
