Details of the Job/Internship

Iklavya is hiring a Corporate Legal Advisor with 6+ years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on client assignments involving large transformational IT programs as an individual contributor or team lead.
• Document business processes for legal domain systems and assess integration with technology.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prepare product backlog items.
• Draft user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage backlog.
• Conduct business workshops to define requirements and develop specifications.
• Engage with business, IT teams, external auditors, and internal stakeholders across project phases.
• Contribute to business process consulting, problem definition, workflow design, and process modelling.
• Support sales teams by leading functional content in client pursuits.
• Develop thought-leadership materials including whitepapers and points of view.

Eligibility

• B.Tech with specialisation in contract law, IP, or copyright management.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in IP management, copyright management, and e-discovery.
• Strong grounding in governance, audit, risk frameworks, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of IT security, cloud computing, SDLC, COBIT, COSO 2013, ITGC.
• Experience with legal software such as ONIT, ZYLAB, ANAQUA, HAYSTACK, Privacy Management Systems.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRMA preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
