Details of the Job/Internship

Kinara Capital is hiring a Corporate Legal Analyst to join them in Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing End to End lifecycle management of contracts including drafting, vetting and third-party negotiation of agreements for technology services including master services agreement (MSA), software license agreements, SaaS agreements admin services marketing services.
• HR consultants/manpower services/staffing services etc. and a variety of other commercial contracts. 
• Drafting, reviewing & negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Letter of Intents (LOI), Indemnity letters, Statement of Works (SOW). Purchase Orders (PO)etc.
• Drafting standard contracts for bespoke products/services/outsourcing/HR requirements.
• Identifying contractual, commercial, operational risks and exposures in the contracts.
• Drive discussions with internal stakeholders, external counterparts during the entire contract closure process.
• Assist in advising business partners on legal and regulatory matters including contract interpretation, breach and remedies, contract compliance requirements, RBI regulations requirements, data protection laws, intellectual property, employment laws, ESG laws etc.
• Research new regulations and legal regimes of new domains of business and advice on regulatory requirements, legal risks, and mitigation strategies. Stay updated on regulatory changes, legal trends, and case laws relevant to the organization's operations.
• Maintain MIS, trackers and SOPs for the team.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) 5 year integrated law preferred.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience.
