Details of the Job/Internship

Minfy is hiring a Corporate Legal Analyst in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in corporate legal matters, contract management, and compliance are encouraged to apply.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Analyze legal information and summarize findings to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor changes in legislation and advise the company on necessary actions.
• Draft, review, and revise various legal documents including contracts, agreements, policies, and corporate documents.
• Ensure all documents are compliant with legal standards and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and other business deals.
• Support the development and implementation of compliance programs to mitigate legal risks.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise management on the potential legal risks of business decisions and operations.
• Assist in managing corporate legal records and maintaining a comprehensive legal filing system.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal department.
• Educate employees on legal and compliance issues through training sessions and written materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal departments seeking legal advice and guidance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or paralegal certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment, law firm, or related field.
• Experience with corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and techniques.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
